No. 4974/Rules/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred under Articles 227, 233, 234 and 235 of the Constitution of India the High Court of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following amendments in the Chhattisgarh Judicial Officers (Confidential Rolls) Regulations, 2015, which shall come into force with immediate effect :-
