NOTIFICATION
No.4976/Rules/2024.— In Exercise of powers conferred by Section 34(1) read with Section 16(2) of the Advocates Act, 1961 and in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court of India in W.P.(C) No. 454 of 2015, the High Court of Chhattisgarh made the following amendments in the High Court of Chhattisgarh (Designation of Senior Advocate) Rules, 2018, which shall come into force with immediate effect :
