NOTIFICATION
No.6286/Rules/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Articles 225 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the High Court of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following amendment in the High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007, which shall come into force with immediate effect :-
AMENDMENTS
1. In Rule 24(1), after the words 'Criminal Procedure' the words "(Except Quashing of FIR)" shall be added.
2. After Rule 25(11), the following shall be added :-
"(12) Applications under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (For Quashing of FIR)"
