ORDER
No. 51/1139/XXI-B/CG/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 233 of the Constitution of India, read with sub-rule (1) of rule 8 and clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, the Governor of Chhattisgarh on the recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, appoints the following Civil Judges (Senior Division) as District Judges (Entry Level) in officiating capacity from the date they assume charge of their office:-

Note :- 1. This list is in order of merit and not in order of Seniority. Seniority of the officers shall be fixed by the Hon'ble High Court in accordance with Rule 11 of the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006.
2. 1 vacancy notified for the year 2022 under Rule 5(1)(b) remaining unfilled, the same is deemed to be vacancy under Rule 5(1)(a), as provided in the proviso to Rule 5(1)(b) of CGHJS Rules, 2006.
3. Permission of Election Commission of India has been obtained through Chhattisgarh Chief Election Commissioner's Office Memo no. 03/Four/Lok.Sabha. Election/Scr.Comm/2024/3016, dated 05-04-2024.
