NOTIFICATION
No. 56 (Mis.)/II-15-19/2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of the Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh , Bilaspur, makes the following amendment in Chhattisgarh High Court Services (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Conduct) Rules, 2017:-
AMENDMENT
The existing Minimum Qualification & Experience mentioned in Column No. 5 of Sr. No. 10, Class-IV, First Schedule to said Rules, 2017, is replaced as below:-
| Minimum Qualification & experience |
| 1. For promotion - (a) Must have passed 8th Class examination from any recognized Board and; (b) Must Have minimum 2 years' experience as contingency paid employees. 2. For direct recruitment- Must have passed 8th Class examination from any recognized Board. |
The above amendment shall come into the force with immediate effect.
