ORDER
F.No. 410/1427/XXI-B/C.G./2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, hereby, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 393/II-15-2/2005(Pt.III)/Confdl./2024, Bilaspur, dated 29th April, 2024, hereby, appoints the following members of Higher Judicial Service as specified in column (2) of the Schedule below as Judge/Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, as mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule below as Judge/Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, as mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule, from the date they assumes charge of their office, namely:-
