NOTIFICATION
F.No. 397/1382/XXI-B/C.G./2024.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), the State Government, in compliance of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh's Memo No. 6400/III-6-1/2001(Pt.-III) N.D.P.S Bilaspur, Dated 19th April, 2024, hereby, notifies the Court of VIIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Durg, Court of Special Judge (Atrocities) Act, Raipur and Court of IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur as Special Court under sub-section (1) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 for trial of cases under the said Act.
