RE-NOTIFICATION
No.8215/S&A Cell/2024.— In Continuation with earlier notification no. 3846 dated 31-03-2023 and in exercise of powers conferred by sub rule (1) of rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006 (as amended from time to time) and in view of the directions of Hon'ble the Supreme Court in its order dated 04-01-07 passed in C.A. 1867/06 (Malik Mazhar Sultan and another V/s U.P. Public Service Commission & ors.), the High Court of Chhattisgarh re-notifies the vacancies for the year 2023 in respect of District Judge (Entry Level) as Under:-
