क्रमांक एफ 10-28/2024/वाक/पांच (47).— छत्तीसगढ़ माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 के नियम 138 के उपनियम 14 के खंड (घ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों के प्रयोग में और केंद्रीय कर के मुख्य आयुक्त के परामर्श से जारी अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 10-31/2018/वाक/पांच (46) नया रायपुर दिनांक 19 जून, 2018 को एतद्द्वारा विखण्डित किया जाता है।
2. यह अधिसूचना जारी दिनांक से प्रभावशील होगी।

No. F 10-28/2024/CT/V (47).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of Sub-rule (14) of Rule 138 of Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 and in consultation with the Chief Commissioner of Central Tax Notification No. F 10-31/2018/CT/V(46) Nava Raipur Dated 19th June, 2018 issued by this department, is hereby rescinded.
2. This Notification shall come into force from the date of issue.
