NOTIFICATION
F. No. 4-98/Home-c/2018.— In pursuance of the provisions of section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Act No. 25 of 1946) and all other powers enabling him in the behalf, the Governor of State of Chhattisgarh is pleased to accord the consent to the extension of powers and jurisdiction of the members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment in the whole of the State of Chhattisgarh for investigation in respect of a case against N.P. Mishra, the then Dy. SP, CBI, SC.III, New Delhi for commission of offences punishable u/s 306 of the Indian Penal Code and attempts, abetments and conspiracies in relation to or in connection with the offence/s mentioned above and any other offence(s), committed in the course of the same transaction or arising out of the same facts.
