क्रमांक एफ 10-39/2023/वाक/पांच (50).— राज्य सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 7) की धारा 158क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, ''लेखा संकलक'' को ऐसे तंत्र के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिससे छत्तीसगढ़ माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 7) की धारा 158क के अधीन सहमति पर आधारित सामान्य पोर्टल द्वारा सूचना साझी की जा सकेगी।
2. यह अधिसूचना 1 अक्टूबर, 2023 से प्रवृत्त समझा जाएगा।

No. F 10-39/2023/CT/V (50) .— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 158A of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies "Account Aggregator" as the systems with which information may be shared by the common portal based on consent under Section 158A of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017).
2. This Notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 1st day of October, 2023.
