अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 2 -10/2024/55-एक.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण तथा चिकित्सा शिक्षा विभाग {आयुर्वेद, योग एवं प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा, यूनानी, सिद्ध एवं होम्योपैथी (आयुष)} (राजपत्रित) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2022 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में, -
1. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 9 एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-

2. अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रमांक 9 एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात्ः-

(2) छत्तीसगढ़ आयुर्वेद, य ूनानी तथा प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा बोर्ड में स्थायी पंजीयन. (3) किसी शासकीय संस्था में आयुर्वेद चिकित्सा अधिकारी के पद पर न्यूनतम पांच वर्ष कार्य करने का अनुभव अथवा सहायक संचालक (फार्मेसी)/(आयुर्वेद) के पद पर न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष कार्य करने का अनुभव। होम्योपैथी (1) केन्द्रीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से इन्टर्नशिप सहित होम्योपैथी में स्नातक उपाधि. (2) छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य होम्योपैथी परिषद्/ मंडल में स्थायी पंजीयन. (3) शासकीय संस्था में होम्योपैथी चिकित्सा अधिकारी के पद पर न्यूनतम पांच वर्ष कार्य करने का अनुभव अथवा सहायक संचालक (होम्योपैथी) के पद पर न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष कार्य करने का अनुभव। यूनानी (1) भारतीय चिकित्सा केन्द्रीय परिषद् द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से य ूनानी में इन्टर्नशिप सहित स्नातक उपाधि. (2) छत्तीसगढ़ आयुर्वेद, य ूनानी तथा प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा बोर्ड में स्थायी पंजीयन. (3) किसी शासकीय संस्था में यूनानी चिकित्सा अधिकारी के पद पर न्यूनतम पांच वर्ष कार्य करने का अनुभव अथवा सहायक संचालक (यूनानी) के पद पर न्यूनतम 5 वर्ष कार्य करने का अनुभव।'' |

NOTIFICATION
F. No. 2-10/2024/55-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Health and Family Welfare and Medical Education Department [Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH)] (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 2022, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules, –
1. For serial number 9 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-I, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:-

2. For serial number 9 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-II, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:-

Homoeopathy (1) Graduate degree in Homeopathy with Internship from an Institution recognized by Central Council of Homeopathy. (2) Permanent registration in Chhattisgarh State Homeopathy Council / Board. five years working (3) Minimum experience in any Government Institution as on the post of Homoeopathy Medical Officer or Minimum 5 Years Working Experience as Assistant Director (Homeopathy). Unani in Unani Medicine (1) Graduate degree with Internship from an Institution recognized by Central Council of Indian Medicine. (2) Permanent registration in Chhattisgarh Ayurved, Unani Tatha Prakritik Chikitsa Board. five years working (3) Minimum experience in any Government Institution as on the post of Unani Medical Officer or Minimum 5 Years Working Experience as Assistant Director (Unani).‖ |
4. For serial number 3 and 5 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-IV, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:-
