ORDER
No. 827/PS/853/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 311 (2) of the Constitution of India read with Sub-rule (vii) of rule 10 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966 and on the recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, on the basis of departmental enquiry, the Government of Chhattisgarh, hereby, awards major penalty of compulsory retirement from service to Shri Jaideep Vijay Nimonkar, Member of Higher Judicial Service, the then District & Sessions Judge, Bemetara, presently posted as Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat, Jagdalpur, with effect from the date of Service of this order.
