क्रमांक एफ 3-41/2020/38-2.— छ.ग. निजी विश्वविद्यालय विनियामक आयोग के पत्र क्र. 10207/प्र.परि.
एवं प्र.अध्या./2020/19478, दिनांक 29-12-2023 द्वारा श्री शंकराचार्य प्रोफेशनल यूनिवर्सिटी, ग्राम-जुनवानी, भिलाई, जिला-दुर्ग (छत्तीसगढ़) के संशोधित अध्यादेश क्रमांक 02 एवं 53 का अनुमोदन छत्तीसगढ़ निजी विश्वविद्यालय (स्थापना एवं संचालन) अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 29 (2) के तहत् किया गया है।
2. राज्य शासन, एतद्द्वारा उपरोक्त अध्यादेशों को राजपत्र में अधिसूचित किये जाने की स्वीकृति प्रदान करता है। 3. उपरोक्त अध्यादेश राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रभावशील होंगे।

क्रमांक एफ 3-41/2020/38-2.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 14-06-2024 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद् द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 3-41/2020/38-2.— Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission, Raipur Vide its Letter No. 10207/ प्र.परि. एवं प्र.अध्या./2020/19478, Dated 29-12-2023 has approved the amendment of Ordinance No. 02 and 53 of Shri Shankaracharya Professional University, Village-Junwani, Bhilai, District- Durg (Chhattisgarh) Under Section 29 (2) of Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment & Operation) Act, 2005.
2. The State Government hereby gives its approval for notification of these Ordinances in Official Gazette.
3. The above Ordinances shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
