F. No. 1297/4217/XXI-B/C.G./2023-2024.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 233 सहपठित अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्ते) नियम, 2006 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 4 में, निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ा जाए, अर्थात्ः-
''परन्तु जिला न्यायाधीश (सुपर समय वेतनमान) तथा जिला न्यायाधीश (चयन श्रेणी) के पदों की संवर्ग संख्या में वृद्धि दिनांक 01-01-2020 से प्रभावशील होगी।''

No. 1297/4217/XXI-B/C.G./2023-2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 233 read with the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rule,-
In rule 4, the following proviso shall be added, namely:-
"provided that the increase of Cadre-Strength of the posts of District Judge (Super Time Scale) and District Judge (Selection Grade) shall be with effect from 01-01-2020."
