ORDER
F. No. 1299/1932/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— On recommendation of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide Memo No. 596/II-2-30/2001/Confdl./2024, Bilaspur, dated 21st June, 2024, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Bhisma Prasad Pandey, Member of Higher Judicial Service and Presently posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Koriya (Baikunthpur), from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, and handover it to General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, for his appointment on deputation as Legal Advisor to the Governor, Governor's Secretariat, Raipur consequent upon retirement on superannuation of Shri Rajesh Kumar Shrivastava, Legal Advisor to the Governor, Governor's Secretariat, Raipur from the date he assumes charge of his office.
