ORDER
F. No. 1301/1931/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— On recommendation of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide Memo No. 597/II-15-2/2005 (Pt.IV)/II-2-2/2007/II-2-17/2001 (Pt IV)/Confdl./2024, Bilaspur, dated 21st June, 2024, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Sudhir Kumar, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Durg, from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, and handover it to General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, for his appointment on deputation as Legal Advisor, Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, Raipur from the date he assumes charge of his office.
