ORDER
F. No. 1303/1931/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, hereby, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 597/II-15-2/2005(Pt.IV)/II-2- 2/2007/II-2-17/2001 (Pt. IV)/Confdl./2024, Bilaspur, dated 21st June, 2024, hereby, appoints the following members of Higher Judicial Service as specified in column (2) of the Schedule below as Principal Judge/Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, as mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule, from the date they assumes charge of their office, namely:-
