क्र. एफ 11-10/2023/सात-1. - मछली पकड़ने, शिकार करने के विनियम संबंधी नियम में और संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे राज्य सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्र. 20 सन् 1959) की धारा 258 सहपठित धारा 249 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, बनाया प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त संहिता की धारा 258 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा अपेक्षित किये गये अनुसार उन समस्त व्यक्तियों, जिनके कि इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, की जानकारी के लिए, एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है तथा एतद्द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप पर इस सूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 15 दिवस के अवसान के पश्चात् विचार किया जायेगा।
कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव, जो उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के भीतर, सचिव, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग, मंत्रालय, कक्ष क्रमांक एम 1-23, महानदी भवन, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, जिला रायपुर के कार्यालय में कार्यालयीन समय में प्राप्त हो, पर छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा विचार किया जायेगाः-

उक्त नियमों में,-

No. F-11-10/2023/7-1. – In exercise of the power conferred by Section 258 read with Section 249 of Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the State Government, hereby, proposes the following amendment in Regulation of fishing hunting, etc, and it is hereby published as required by sub-section (3) of the Section 258 of the said Code, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person before the specified period, in office hours in office of the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Room number M 1-23, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Capitol Complex, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur before the expiry of the Said Period shall be taken into consideration :-
