क्रमांक एफ 4-5/2024/सात-1. - छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्र. 20 सन् 1959) की धारा 108 सहपठित धारा 258 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, अधिकार अभिलेख से संबंधित नियमों में संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, जिसे उक्त संहिता की धारा 258 की उपधारा (3) की अपेक्षानुसार उन समस्त व्यक्तियों, जिनके कि इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, की जानकारी के लिए, एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है तथा एतद्द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप पर इस सूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 10 दिवस के अवसान के पश्चात् विचार किया जावेगा।
कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव, जो उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के भीतर, सचिव, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग, कक्ष क्र. एम 1-23 मंत्रालय, महानदी भवन, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, जिला रायपुर के कार्यालय में कार्यालयीन समय में प्राप्त हो, पर छत्तीसगढ़ शासन के द्वारा को विचार में किया जायेगा।

NOTICE
No. F4-5/2024/7-1. – The following draft amendment in the Rules Regarding Record of Rights, which the State Government, in exercise of the power conferred by Section 258 read with Section 108 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), proposes to make, is hereby, published as required by sub-section (3) of the Section 258 of the said Code, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person before the specified period, in office hours, in office of the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Room No. M 1-23, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
