अधिसूचना

F. No.1415/1207,1205, 1629/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 234 सहपठित अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय तथा छत्तीसगढ़ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ निम्नतर न्यायिक सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 2006 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ः-

संशोधन

उक्त नियमों में,-

1. नियम 7 के उप-नियम (1) के खण्ड (ग) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्‌ः- ''(ग) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से विधि में उपाधि धारण नहीं करता हो तथा अधिवक्ता अधिनियम, 1961 (1961 का सं. 25) के तहत्‌ एक अधिवक्ता के रूप में नामांकित न हो।'' 2. नियम 14 के उप-नियम (4) में, शब्द ''एक माह की पूर्व सूचना या ऐसे पद त्याग के समय उसके बदले में एक माह का वेतन देगा'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''तीन माह की पूर्व सूचना या ऐसे पद त्याग के समय उसके बदले में तीन माह का वेतन देगा'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

3. अनुसूची-एक के खण्ड (क) के सरल क्रमांक (15) के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात्‌ः- ''(16) छत्तीसगढ़ का सामान्य ज्ञान''F. No.1415/1207,1205, 1629/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 234 read with the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh , in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said rules,-

1. For clause (c) of sub-rule (1) of rule 7, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-

"(c) Possesses a degree in law of any recognized University and enrolled as an advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 (No. 25 of 1961)."

2. In sub-rule (4) of rule 14, for the words "shall serve one month's prior notice or one month salary in lieu thereof at the time of such relinquishment", the words "shall serve three month's prior notice or three months salary in lieu thereof at the time of such relinquishment" shall be substituted.

3. After serial number (15) of clause (a) of Schedule-I, the following serial number shall be added, namely:-

"(16) General Knowledge of Chhattisgarh"
