क्रमांक एफ 11-9/2024/सात-1. - छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्र. 20 सन् 1959) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, उक्त संहिता की धारा 115 के अधीन तहसीलदार को निम्नानुसार शक्तियां प्रदत्त करती है :-
1. भूमि स्वामी/उसके पिता/पति के नाम/उपनाम, जाति, पते में लिपिकीय त्रुटि सुधार करना; 2. कैफियत कॉलम में की गई त्रुटिपूर्ण प्रविष्टि में सुधार करना; 3. त्रुटिवश जोड़े गये खसरों को पृथक करना; 4. भूमि के सिंचित/असिंचित होने संबंधी प्रविष्टि में सुधार करना; 5. भूमि के एक फसली/बहु फसली की प्रविष्टि में त्रुटि सुधार करना।

NOTIFICATION
No. F-11-09/2024/7-1. – In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 24 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the State Government, hereby, confers the powers to the Tahsildar under Section 115 of the said Code are as follows :-
1. Correcting clerical error in the name/surname, caste, address of the Land Owner/his father/husband;
2. Correcting incorrect entry made in remark column; 3. Separating of Khasra added by mistake; 4. Correcting in entry regarding irrigated/non-irrigated land; 5. Correcting of error in entry of single harvest/multiple harvest of land.
