अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एफ 1-91/2024/18.— छ.ग. नगरपालिका अधिनियम 1961 (क्रमांक 37 सन्‌ 1961) की धारा 29 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए राज्य सरकार, नगर पंचायत पथरिया, जिला मुंगेली के वार्डों का विस्तार नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के अनुसार एतद्‌द्वारा अवधारित करता है :-

1. नगर पंचायत पथरिया को 15 वार्डों में विभाजित करता है और अनुसूची में दर्शाये अनुसार ऐसे प्रत्येक वार्ड की सीमा निर्धारित करता है ।

2. यह अधिसूचित करता है कि ऐसे प्रत्येक वार्ड से एक पार्षद निर्वाचित किया जाएगा ।

वार्ड क्रमांक 01 यदुनंदन वार्ड

उत्तर - ग्राम कपुआ सीमा, संतोष के घर से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर आत्माराम निषाद, चैतराम, गिरीराज, ठाकुरराम के मकान होते हुए सतनाम भवन तक ।

पूर्व- सतनाम भवन से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर रामशरण ध्रुव के मकान एवं खेत होते हुए शक्तूराम के मकान तक।

दक्षिण - शक्तूराम के मकान एवं खेत से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम की ओर पुष्पवाटिका, सी.एम.ओ. क्वार्टर होते हुए आफिसर्स कालोनी तक।

पश्चिम - आफिसर्स कालोनी से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिश की ओर महामाया मंदिर, आई.टी.आई स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र, घनाराम मोहले के मकान, हरिशचंद्र बघेल मकान, आंगनबाड़ी होते हुए ग्राम कपुआ सीमा संतोष के मकान तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 02 बुढ़ादेव वार्ड

उत्तर - नकछेद के मकान से प्रारंभ से होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर श्याम लाल यादव के मकान एवं कृषि भूमि मस्जिद, आंगनबाड़ी होते हुए आजाद चौक तक।

पूर्व- आजाद चौक से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर भैरव बाबा मंदिर, प्रिंस टेलर, आंगनबाड़ी होते हुए भठिया बांध, भुलनकापा सीमातक।

दक्षिण - भुलनकापा सीमा से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर खेत खलियान होते हुए पानी टंकी तक।

पश्चिम - पानी टंकी से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर बुढ़ादेव चौक, पठान डबरी, कृषि भूमि होते हुए नकछेद के मकान तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 03 सुभाष वार्ड

उत्तर- हरिराम श्रीवास के घर से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर आजाद चौक होते हुए ग्रामीण बैंक तक।

पूर्व- ग्रामीण बैंक से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर सिंकू छाबड़ा ओमू दिवान के मकान होते हुए अमोला बाई के घर तक।

दक्षिण - अमोला बाई के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर कृषि भूमि सतनामी मोहल्ला होते हुए दउवा सोनी के मकान तक।

पश्चिम - दउवा सोनी के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर सुंदरलाल निषाद, हरिराम श्रीवास के मकान तक। वार्ड क्रमांक 04 हॉजी सुभान खांन वार्ड

उत्तर - आगर नदी एवं बगीचा से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर बैजना घाट, कोदा यादव के मकान होते हुए गल्ला दुकान तक।

पूर्व- गल्ला दुकान से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर गया, मंगल के मकान तक। दक्षिण - मंगल के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चित दिशा की ओर धर्मेन्द्र श्रीवास, पूरन गुड्‌डू, रंजन धु्रव के मकान होते हुए लक्ष्मी चौक तक।

पश्चिम - लक्ष्मी चौक से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर सोभा धु्रव, भगवंतीन बाई मकान एवं कृषि भूमि होते हुए आगर नदी एवं बगीचा तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 05 पं0 दीनदयाल उपाध्याय वार्ड

उत्तर- आगर नदी पांच घाट से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर अर्जुन नगर होते हुए मुक्तिधाम शेड तक।

पूर्व - मुक्तिधाम शेड से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर रामशरण , अशोक के मकान होते हुए कन्हैया यादव के मकान तक।

दक्षिण - कन्हैया यादव के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर स्व. व्यासनारायण द्विवेदी के मकान तक।

पश्चिम - स्व. व्यासनारायण द्विवेदी के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर की ओर महामाया मंदिर, जुगनू पटेल के मकान, मंझली तालाब होते हुए आगर नदी पांच घाट तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 06 रामसागर वार्ड

उत्तर - आगर नदी सीमा , रामसाय के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर ग्राम बरछा सीमा होते हुए वन विभाग नर्सरी तक।

पूर्व- वन विभाग नर्सरी से प्रांरभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर अवंतिका पेट्रोल पंप, मुक्तिधाम, पानी टंकी, होते हुए बलराम जायसवाल के मकान तक।

दक्षिण - बलराम जायसवाल के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर उत्तम कोटवार मूलचंद के मकान होते हुए कृषि भूमि तक।

पश्चिम - कृषि भूमि होते हुए पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर नया गौठान होते हुए आगर नदी रामसाय के मकान तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 07 गुरू नानक वार्ड

उत्तर - गणेश सोनी के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर नगर पंचायत कार्यालय विक्टर टेलर्स होते हुए रेस्ट हाउस तक।

पूर्व- रेस्ट हाउस से प्रारंभ से होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर राजासागर तालाब, भागीरथी प्रजापति मकान होते हुए नरेन्द्र गुप्ता के मकान तक।

दक्षिण - नरेन्द्र गुप्ता के मकान होते हुए दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सुमित डड़सेना के मकान , कृषि भूमि, सुरेन्द्र पोर्ते, प्रकाश मण्डावी के मकान तक।

पश्चिम - प्रकाश मण्डावी के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर अंबिका टे्रडर्स, पंचम, सुपर बाजार, शारदा चौक, होते हुए गणेश सोनी के मकान तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 08 श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी वार्ड

उत्तर - आत्मा जायसवाल के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर मुकेश किराना, गुरमीत बग्गा के मकान होते हुए नोहर जायसवाल के दुकान तक।

पूर्व - नोहर जायसवाल के दुकान से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर मधु श्रीवास, सुनील राठौर के मकान, जवाहर स्टेडियम, सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर, मधु टाईपिंग, सोनी बर्तन होते हुए श्याम मेडिकल तक।

दक्षिण - श्याम मेडिकल से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर पौनी पसारी, अजय डड़सेना, पुनीत साहू के मकान तक।

पश्चिम - पुनीत साहू के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर आत्माराम जायसवाल के मकान तक। वार्ड क्रमांक 09 जवाहर वार्ड

उत्तर - सुरेश जायसवाल के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर साप्ताहित बाजार, मंणिकंचन केन्द्र, सोनाखान नाला से होते हुए नया गल्र्स हास्टल तक।

पूर्व- नया गल्र्स हास्टल से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर परदेशी निषाद, संजय लहरे, शिवशंकर कर्माकर के मकान, भुमिया पारा, डडसेना समाज भवन होते हुए राजा मानिकपुरीके मकान तक।

दक्षिण - राजा मानिकपुरी के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर मुन्ना दिक्षित के मकान होते हुए अटल चौक मायाराम के मकान तक।

पश्चिम - अटल चौक मायारामके मकान से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम उत्तर दिशा की ओर संस्कार स्कूल, कृषि उपज मंडी होते हुए सुरेश जायसवाल के मकान तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 10 स्वामी विवेकानंद वार्ड

उत्तर - मोन्टू जायसवाल के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर शिव विश्वकर्मा, मंगलू सोनकर के मकान होते हुए कुन्तु निर्मलकर के घर तक।

पूर्व- कुन्तू निर्मलकर के घर से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर शिव चंद्राकर के मकान होते हुए हीरा मेडिकल तक।

दक्षिण - हीरा मेडिकल से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर पशु चिकित्सालय तक। पश्चिम - पशु चिकित्सालय से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर राजेन्द्र यादव, शंकर यादव, भरत साहू, सुरेश पाली के मकान होते हुए मोन्टू जायसवाल के मकान तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 11 शिवाजी वार्ड

उत्तर - बंधवा तालाब, अशोक यादव के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर कृषि विभाग, गोपाल पाण्डेय के मकान होते हुए मनोहर साहू के मकान तक।

पूर्व- मनोहर साहू के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर रवि चेलकर, खेलावन यादव के मकान होते हुए कुआं चौंक तक।

दक्षिण - कुआं चौक से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर राजू महराज के मकान होते हुए हरनारायण के दुकान तक।

पश्चिम - हरनारायण के दुकान से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर बंधवा तालाब सीमा होते हुए बंधवा तालाब अशोक यादव के मकान तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 12 महामाया वार्ड

उत्तर - महेन्द्र गुप्ता के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर त्रिलोक पाण्डेय के मकान, कुआं चौंक, दया यादव, विमल साहू के दुकान होते हुए आरामिलतक।

पूर्व- आरामिल से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर महामाया मंदिर तक। दक्षिण - महामाया मंदिर से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर अनिल सिहं के मकान तक। पश्चिम - अनिल सिंह के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर होलीराम के रवानी शिक्षक नगर होते हुए महेन्द्र गुप्ता के घर तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 13 गुरू रविदास वार्ड

उत्तर - भोला साहू के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर रतिराम सोनवानी, तुलसी सोनवानी के मकान, मथुड़वा तालाब होते हुए बिजली आफिस तक।

पूर्व - बिजली आफिस से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर दंतेश्वरी फ्यूल्स, होते हुए बी.एस.एन.एल. टावर तक।

दक्षिण - बी.एस.एन.एल. टावर से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर डॉ. दिघे के मकान होते हुए संतोष पाटले के घर तक।

पश्चिम - संतोष पाटले के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर हिन्छाराम सोनवानी, बुद्वू पाली के मकान होते हुए भोला साहू के मकान तक। वार्ड क्रमांक 14 गुरू घांसीदास वार्ड

उत्तर - रामसाय साहू के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर सुरज के मकान, राजकुमार बंजारे के मकान होते हुए मुक्तिधाम तक।

पूर्व- मुक्तिधाम से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर लाला, लक्ष्मी, के मकान होते हुए साधू सोनवानी के मकान तक।

दक्षिण - साधू सोनवानी के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर मन्नू कबाड़ी होते हुए रविदास भवन तक।

वार्ड क्रमांक 15 कर्मामाता वार्ड

उत्तर - बरछा एनीकट सीमा, बगीचा से प्रारंभ होकर उत्तर से पूर्व दिशा की ओर उलट होते हुए मनिराम जायसवाल के मकान होते हुए फगनी पाली के मकान तक।

पूर्व- फगनी पाली के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर पूर्व से दक्षिण दिशा की ओर नरोत्तम साहू के मकान, महिला बाल विकास होते हुए तहसील कार्यालय तक।

दक्षिण - तहसील कार्यालय से प्रारंभ होकर दक्षिण से पश्चिम दिशा की ओर सी.एस.सी. अस्पताल, गिरजेश दिवाकर के मकान होते हुए रघु वैष्णव के मकान तक।

पश्चिम - रघु वैष्णव के मकान से प्रारंभ होकर पश्चिम से उत्तर दिशा की ओर उलट, श्रवण पाली के मकान होते हुए बरछा एनीकट सीमा, बगीचा तक।

क्रमांक एफ 1-91/2024/18.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 1-91/2024/18 दिनांक 29-07-2024 का अंंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION

No. F 1-91/2024/18.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 29 of the chhattisgarh municipalities act 1961 (No.37 of 1961) the State Government hereby determine the extent of wards of Nagar Panchayat Pathariya, Distt. Mungeli as per schedule given Below :-

1. Divides Nagar Panchayat Pathariya into 15 wards and described the limits of each ward as shown in schedule.

2. Notified that one councilor shall be elected from each such ward.

North- Village Kapua boundary, starting from Santosh's house towards north-east direction passing through the houses of Atmaram Nishad, Chaitram, Giriraj, Thakurram till Satnam Bhawan.
