अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 4-17/2016/18.— छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1961 (क्र. 37 सन् 1961) की धारा 355 सहपठित धारा 95 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिका सेवा (वेतनमान एवं भत्ता) नियम, 1967 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में,-
अनुसूची-तीन में, शीर्षक ''3. चिकित्सा तथा लोक स्वास्थ्य विभाग'' के अंतर्गत, सरल क्रमांक 5 के कॉलम (4) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से विज्ञान विषय में स्नातक तथा किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से स्वच्छता निरीक्षक पाठ्यक्रम में डिप्लोमा ।''

क्रमांक एफ 4-17/2016/18.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 4-17/2016/18, दिनांक 01-08-2024 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है। Atal Nagar, the 14th August 2024
NOTIFICATION
No. F 4-17/2016/18.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 355 read with Section 95 of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Services (Scale of Pay and Allowances) Rules, 1967, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
In Schedule-III, Under the Heading "3. Medical and Public Health Department", for the entries of column (4) of serial number 5, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Graduate in Science from any recognized University and Diploma in Sanitary Inspector Course from any recognized Institution."
