ORDER
No. 2043/2342/XXI-B/C.G./2024. — the State Government, in supersession of all the previous notifications/orders issued by this department, hereby, is pleased to allow the remuneration as specified in the table below for the Advocate General and Law Officers of the Advocate General office, Chhattisgarh for conducting cases before the Supreme Court, High Court of Chhattisgarh, other High Courts and Tribunals w.e.f. 14-08-2024 namely:-

This sanction has been accorded by the Finance Department vide D.No. 517/Finance Department/B- 3/2024 Dated 08-08-2024.
The expenditure involved on account of fees shall be debited to the budget head "Demand No. 29-2014 Administration of Justice (114) Legal Advisors and Counsels-(3428) Advocate General 01-Salary-001 Salary of officers."
