NOTIFICATION
F. No. 2152/2565/XXI-B/C.G./2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), the State Government, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 12689/III-6-1/2001(Pt.-III) (N.D.P.S) Bilaspur, Dated 8th August, 2024 of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the further following order, to amend this department's previous notification no 399/1382/XXI-B/CG/2023, dated 02-05-2024, relating to the entries mentioned in column (3) corresponding to serial no. 4 of the Schedule, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule of the said Notification, officer mentioned in column No. (3) is appointed as Special Judge under Section 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), at the corresponding place mentioned in column no. (4) of the said Schedule in place of Shri Ashok Kumar Sahu, Sessions Judge, Balrampur-Ramanujganj, namely :-
