NOTIFICATION
F. No. 3069/2573/XXI-B/C.G./24.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1), (1-A), (2) and (3) of Section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (No. 4 of 2016), and in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 12750/III-4-1/2016/Checker, Bilaspur, dated 08th August, 2024, the State Government, hereby, amends this Department's Notification no. 14391/3830/XXI- B/C.G./2023, dated 20-12-2023, and designate the following court of Civil Judge Level as Commercial Court, in place of IV Civil Judge, Senior Division Raipur, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule-I,
Under heading Commercial Court Below District Judge Level (Civil Judge Level) pecuniary value of Rupees 3 lakh to 10 lakh (except Arbitration cases), in column (3) of serial no 6, the symbols, punctuation and words "IV CJ-I, Raipur", the symbol punctuation and words "VI Civil Judge, Senior Division, Raipur" shall be substituted.
