No. 3342/2293/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, in Consultaion with the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes following further amendment in this Department's Notification No. 1507/D-397/XXI- B/C.G./2005, Dated 24-02-2005 and 10421/3547//XXI-B/C.G./15 dated 02-11-2015, namely:-
