No. 3357/4336/ XXI-B/C.G./2024.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 233 सहपठित अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय के परामर्श से, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्चतर न्यायिक सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 2006 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

No. 3357/4336/ XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 233 read with the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, namely:-
