अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 1-7/2015/16. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 233 एवं 234 सहपठित अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए और AIR 1998 SC 1233 में महाराष्ट्र सरकार विरूद्ध श्रम विधि व्यवसायी संघ और अन्य के मामले में माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के आदेश को ध्यान में रखते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय एवं राज्य लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ श्रम न्यायिक सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्ते) नियम, 2015 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, -
1. नियम 2 के उप-नियम (1) के खण्ड (क) में, शब्द एवं अंक ''एवं छत्तीसगढ़ निम्नतर न्यायिक सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्ते) नियम, 2006'' का लोप किया जाये।
2. नियम 2 के उप-नियम (2) में, शब्द एवं अंक ''तथा छत्तीसगढ़ निम्नतर न्यायिक सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्ते) नियम, 2006'' का लोप किया जाये।
3. नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) में, शब्द ''निम्नतर'' के स्थान पर, शब्द '' उच्चतर'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। अटल नगर, दिनांक 23 सितम्बर 2024 क्रमांक एफ 1-7/2015/16. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 1-7/2015/16, दिनांक 23-09-2024 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल महोदय के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 1-7/2015/16. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 233 and 234 read with proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, and in the light of dictum of the Hon'ble supreme Court in the matter of State of Maharastra Vs Labour Law Practitoners Association and Other reported in Air 1998 SC 1233, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and the State Public Service Commission, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Labour Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2015, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. In Clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 2, the words and figures "and Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006" Shall be omitted.
2. In Sub-rule (2) of rule 2, the words and figures "and Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006" Shall be omitted.
3. In Sub-rule (2) of rule 5, for the word "Lower", the word "Higher" Shall be substituted.
