क्रमांक एफ 11-11/2023/7-1. - छत्तीसगढ़ खनन पट्‌टे, खदान पट्‌टे के अधीन निर्धारण नियम, 1987, संबंधित नियम, जो मध्यप्रदेश राजपत्र में अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-37-1-सात-शा-8-87, दिनांक 04 दिसम्बर, 1987 द्वारा प्रकाशित है, जिसे छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य सरकार द्वारा अनुकूलित किया गया था, छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्र. 20 सन्‌ 1959) की धारा 258 सहपठित धारा 59 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए निरसित करना प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त संहिता की धारा 258 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा अपेक्षित किये गये अनुसार, उन समस्त व्यक्तियों, जिनके कि इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, की जानकारी के लिए, एतद्‌द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है तथा एतद्‌द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त प्रस्ताव पर इस सूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 15 दिवस के अवसान के पश्चात्‌ विचार किया जायेगा।

कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव, जो उक्त प्रस्ताव के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के भीतर, सचिव, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग, मंत्रालय, कक्ष क्रमांक एम 1-23, महानदी भवन, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, जिला रायपुर के कार्यालय में कार्यालयीन समय में प्राप्त हो, पर छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा विचार किया जायेगा।

NOTICENo. F-11-11/2023/7-1. – The Rules Regarding Chhattisgarh Land Under Mining Leases Quarry Leases Assessment Rules, 1987 as published in Madhya Pradesh Official Gazette in Notification No. 37-1-VII-SHA-8- 87, dated 04th December, 1987, which the Chhattisgarh State Government has adopted, proposes to repeal, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 258 read with Section 59 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No.20 of 1959), is hereby, published as required by sub-section (3) of Section 258 of the said Code, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said proposal shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. Any objection or suggestion regarding the said proposal received from any person, before the specified period during office hours by the office of the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Mantralaya, Room No. M 1-23, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
