No. 3443/2119/ XXI-B/C.G./2024.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय के माननीय मुख्य न्यायाधीश के परामर्श से, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ जिला न्यायपालिका स्थापना (भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्तें) कर्मचारी नियम, 2023 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

No. 3443/2119/ XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh District Judiciary Establishment (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Employees Rules, 2023, namely:-
