F. No. 3445/2560/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 227 तथा भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (क्र. 46 सन् 2023) की धारा 523 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के अनुमोदन से, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नियम एवं आदेश (आपराधिक) में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में, -
नियम 560 के उप-नियम (3) के खण्ड (एक) में, शब्द, अंक तथा चिन्ह ''रूपये 100/- (रूपये एक सौ प्रतिदिन)'' के स्थान पर, शब्द, अंक तथा चिन्ह ''रूपये 300/- (रूपये तीन सौ प्रतिदिन)'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। F. No. 3445/2560/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 227 of the Constitution of India and Section 523 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (No. 46 of 2023), the High Court of Chhattisgarh, with approval of the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Rules and Orders (Criminal), namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
In clause (i) of sub-rule (3) of rule 560, for the words, figure and symbol "Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred Per Day)", the words, figure and symbol "Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Per Day)" shall be substituted.
