ORDER
No. 3477/2794/XXI-B/C.G./2024.- the State Government, hereby makes the following further amendment in this Department Order No. 2043/2342/XXI-B/C.G./2024, dated 14-08-2024 with immediate effect, namely;-
AMENDMENT
In the said order;-
(1) below table (1) Advocate General, the following note shall be inserted, namely;-
"Note- The drafting fees mentioned in column(5) of the table shall not be included in calculating Monthly ceiling Limit mentioned in column (8)"
(2) below table (2) Law Officers, the following note shall be inserted, namely;-
"Note- The drafting fees mentioned in column(4), (5), (6) and (7) of the table shall not be included in calculating Monthly ceiling Limit mentioned in column (9)"
This sanction has been accorded by the Finance Department vide D.No. 653/Finance Department/B-3 Mantralaya (C.G.) Dated 25-09-2024.
