क्रमांक एफ 11-5/2023/मबावि/50.— किशोर न्याय (बालकों की देखरेख एवं संरक्षण) अधिनियम 2015 (2016 का स. 2) की धारा 4 की उप धारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार एतद्द्वारा, नीचे दी गई सारणी के कॉलम (04) में उल्लिखित न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट प्रथम श्रेणी को किशोर न्याय बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष के रूप में अधिसूचित करते हुए, कॉलम (03) में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के लिए प्रधान मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में सम्मिलित करते हुए, किशोर न्याय बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन करती है, अर्थात :- सारणी

NOTIFICATION
No. F 11-5/2023/WCD/50.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (C. 2 of 2016), the State Government hereby, as per the table given below: Notifying the Judicial Magistrate of the first class mentioned in column (04) as the Chairman of the Juvenile Justice Board, reconstitutes the Juvenile Justice Board by including as the Principal Magistrate for the area mentioned in column (03), namely :-

क्रमांक एफ 11-5/2023/मबावि/50.— किशोर न्याय (बालकों की देखरेख एवं संरक्षण) अधिनियम 2015 (2016 का स. 2) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार एतद्द्वारा, दिनांक 28-05-2024 को जारी विभागीय अधिसूचना को संशोधित कर तीनों न्यायाधीशों के पदनाम में संशोधन कर नीचे दी गई सारणी के कॉलम (04) में उल्लिखित न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट प्रथम श्रेणी को किशोर न्याय बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष के रूप में अधिसूचित करते हुए, कॉलम (03) में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के लिए प्रधान मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में सम्मिलित करते हुए, किशोर न्याय बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन करती है, अर्थात :-

AMENDED NOTIFICATION
No. F 11-5/ 2023/ WCD/ 50.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (No. 2 of 2016), the State Government here by amends the Departmental Notification dated 28 -05-2024 issued by amending the designation of the three Judges by notifying the Judicial Magistrate First Class referred to in column (04) of the table below as the Chairman of the Juvenile Justice Board , reconstitutes the Juvenile Justice Board by incorporating the Principal Magistrate for the area mentioned in column (03), that is:
