क्रमांक एफ-4-213/गृह-सी/2024.— लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-28क प्रावधान के अनुसरण में तथा भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के आदेश संख्या 434/1/ESO26/94 MCS, दिनांक 24-10-1994 में अन्तर्विष्ट निर्देशों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा 51-रायपुर नगर दक्षिण, उप चुनाव, 2024 के संचालन हेतु राज्य शासन द्वारा, पदाभिहीत समस्त पुलिस अधिकारी, इस निर्वाचन की अधिसूचना दिनांक 18 अक्टूबर, 2024 से प्रारंभ होकर एवं इसके परिणामों के घोषित किये जाने की तारीख को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि के लिए निर्वाचन आयोग में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर माने जायेंगे और ऐसे पुलिस अधिकारी निर्वाचन आयोग के नियंत्रण, अधीक्षण और अनुशासन के अध्यधीन होंगे।

क्रमांक एफ-4-213/गृह-सी/2024.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 25-10-2024 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

No. F-4-213/Home-c/2014.— In pursuance of the provision of Section 28-A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (No. 43 of 1951) and in view of the directions containd in the Election Commission of India's Order No. 434/1/ESO26/94 MCS, dated 24-10-1994, all Police Officers designated by the State Government for the conduct of Bye-Elections, 2024 to the 51-Raipur City South AC Legislative Assembly, shall be deemed to be on deputation to the Election Commission for the period commencing on and from 18th October, 2024, the date of notification of calling for such election and ending with the date of declaration of the result of such election and such Police Officers shall be subject to control, superintendence and discipline of the Election Commission.
