क्रमांक/4567/एफ-11/10/2021/14-2.— छत्तीसगढ़ —षि उपज मंडी (मंडी समिति वर्गीकरण) नियम, 1981 में संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारुप, जिसे राज्य सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ —षि उपज मंडी अधिनियम, 1972 (क. 24 सन् 1973) की धारा 79 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 79 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा अपेक्षित किये गये अनुसार, उन समस्त व्यक्तियों, जिनके कि इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, की जानकारी के लिए एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, तथा एतद्द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारुप पर इस सूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 15 दिन के अवसान के पश्चात् विचार किया जायेगा।
कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव, जो उक्त प्रारुप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से, विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के पूर्व, सचिव, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, —षि विकास एवं किसान कल्याण तथा जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग, महानदी भवन, मंत्रालय, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, जिला रायपुर के कार्यालय में कार्यालयीन समय में प्राप्त हों, पर छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा विचार किया जायेगा।
प्रारूप संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 2 के खण्ड (घ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(घ) ''वर्ष'' से अभिप्रेत है 1 अप्रैल से प्रारंभ होकर आगामी 31 मार्च को समाप्त होने वाला वर्ष;''
2. नियम 3 के खण्ड (क), (ख), (ग) एवं (घ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित खण्ड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः- ''(क) प्रथम वर्ग मंडी समिति- जिसकी वार्षिक आय ''दस करोड़ रूपये'' से अधिक हो;
(ख) द्वितीय वर्ग मंडी समिति- जिसकी वार्षिक आय ''छः करोड़ रूपये'' से अधिक हो किंतु ''दस करोड़ रूपये'' से अनधिक हो;
(ग) तृतीय वर्ग मंडी समिति- जिसकी वार्षिक आय ''तीन करोड़ रूपये'' से अधिक हो किंतु छः करोड़ रूपये से अनधिक हो;
(घ) चतुर्थ वर्ग मंडी समिति- जिसकी वार्षिक आय ''तीन करोड़ रूपये''से अनधिक हो।'' अटल नगर, दिनांक 28 अक्टूबर 2024 क्रमांक/4567/एफ-11/10/2021/14-2.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक/4567/एफ-11/10/2021/14-2 दिनांक 28-10-2024 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTICE
No./4567/F-11/10/2021/14-2.— The following draft of amendment in the Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi (Mandi Samiti Vargikaran) Niyam, 1981, which the State Government in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 79 of the Chhattisgarh Krishi Upaj Mandi Adhiniyam, 1972 (No. 24 of 1973), proposes to make, is hereby, published as required by sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the said Adhiniyam, for the information of all person likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestions regarding the said draft received from any person before the specified period, in office hours in office of the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Agriculture Development and farmer welfare and Bio-Technology Department, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, District Raipur shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
DRAFT AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. For clause (d) of rule 2, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
"(d) "Year" means a year commencing from 1st April and ending on 31st March;"
2. For clause (a), (b), (c) and (d) of rule 3, the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
"(a) First class market committee - whose annual income is more than "ten crore rupees;"
(b) Second class market committee - whose annual income is more than "six crore rupees" but does not exceed "ten crore rupees;"
(c) Third class market committee - whose annual income is more than "three crore rupees" but does not exceed "six crore rupees;"
(d) Fourth class market committee - whose annual income does not exceed "three crore rupees"." By order and in the name of the Governor of Chhattisgarh,
