मैं, रमेन डेका, छत्तीसगढ़ का राज्यपाल, मानव अधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम 1993 (1994 का 10) की धारा 22 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा मुझ में निहित की गई शक्ति के आधार पर एतद्द्वारा श्री गोविंद कुमार मिश्रा (सेवानिवृत्त जिला न्यायाधीश) को उस तारीख से छत्तीसगढ़ मानव अधिकार आयोग का सदस्य नियुक्त करता हॅू जिस तारीख को वह अपने पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करते हैं।
भारत गणराज्य के 75वें वर्ष में, आज सन् दो हजार चौबीस ईसवी के नवंबर मास के 7 वें दिन, राजभवन, रायपुर से जारी।

By virtue of the power vested in me by sub section (1) of Section 22 of the Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993 (No. 10 of 1994), I, Ramen Deka, Governor of Chhattisgarh do hereby appoint Shri Govind Kumar Mishra (Retd. District Judge) to be a member of the Chhattisgarh Human Rights Commission with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
Given at Raj Bhavan, Raipur on this 7th day of November in the year two thousand twenty four in the 75th year of the Republic of India.
