अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 10-35/2019/वा.क.(आब.)/पांच(89).— छाीसगढ़ आबकारी अधिनियम, 1915 (क्र. 2 सन् 1915) की धारा 8 के खण्ड (ग) तथा धारा 62 की उप-धारा (1), उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (च), (छ), (ज) एवं सहपठित उप-धारा (3) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ मोलासिस नियंत्रण एवं विनियमन नियम, 2022 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, -
नियम 14 के उप-नियम (2) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित उप-नियम अंतःस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः- ''(2क) उप-नियम (1) के अंतर्गत आवेदन प्राप्त होने पर, यदि परिवहन वाहन के अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य रीति/पद्धति/पाईप लाईन इत्यादि से परिवहन किया जाना है, तो मोलासिस की मात्रा 25 मीट्रिक टन या उससे कम मात्रा पर रूपये 200/- प्रति परिवहन, परिवहन शुल्क के रुप में जमा करने पर, परिवहन अनुज्ञापत्र जारी कर सकेगा। उक्त परिवहन अनुज्ञा पत्र, विहित प्ररूप एम-7 में जारी किया जायेगा।''

NOTIFICATION
No. F 10-35/2019/C.T.(Ex.)/V(89).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of Section 8, sub-section (1) and clause (f), (g), (h) of sub-section (2) of Section 62 read with proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 62 of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (No. 2 of 1915), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Molasses Control and Regulation Rules, 2022, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
After sub-rule (2) of rule 14, the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:-
"(2A) On receipt of an application under sub-rule (1), if the transportation is to be made by any other mode/method /pipeline etc. other than vehicle, a transport permit may be issued after payment of transport fees of Rs. 200/- per transportation of 25 metric tons or less quantity of molasses. The above transport permit shall be issued in the prescribed format – M-7."
