NOTIFICATION
F. No. 4072/3861/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 30B of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (No. 67 of 1957), the State Government, with the concurrence of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh's Memo No. 17436/III-6-4/2023(Mines and Minerals Act) Bilaspur, Dated 25th October, 2024, hereby, notifies all the Court of Sessions Judge in the state of Chhattisgarh (Except for the court of Sessions Judge Surajpur which has been notified earlier) as Special Court for trial of cases filed under the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 for their Respective Civil Districts of the state of Chhattisgarh.
