ORDER
F. No. 4111/3279/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh Madhyastham Adhikaran Adhiniyam, 1983 (No. 29 of 1983), the State Government, hereby, appoints Hon'ble Shri Justice Rajendra Chandra Singh Samant, Retired Judge, High Court of Chhattisgarh as the Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Arbitration Tribunal from the date he assumes charge of the office for a period of 05 years or until he attains the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.
