क्रमांक एफ 10-46/2024/वाक/पांच (91).— राज्य सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ अधिनियम (क्रमांक 8 सन् 2024) छत्तीसगढ़ माल और सेवा कर (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2024. की धारा 1 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, -
(क) तारीख 1 अक्टूबर, 2024 को, उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करता है, जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 4 के उपबंध प्रवृत्त समझे जाएंगे;
(ख) तारीख 1 अप्रैल, 2025 को, उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है, जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 2 और 3 के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे।

No. F 10-46/2024/CT/V (91) .—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Chhattisgarh Act (No. 8 of 2024) The Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2024. The State Government hereby appoints, -
(a) the 1st day of October, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 4 of the said Act shall be deemed to have come into force;
(b) the 1st day of April, 2025 as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
