NOTIFICATION
No. 4181/3935/XXI-B/C.G./2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (No. 34 of 2008) and in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, amends its previous Notification No. 702/50/XXI-B/C.G./2021, dated 15-01-2021 and Notification No. 3406/3100/XXI-B/C.G./2024, dated 24-09- 2024 and designate the following Special Courts as mentioned in column (2) of the following Special Courts as mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule below, having jurisdiction over areas mentioned in column (3) of the said Schedule, for the trial of Schedule offences, namely :-

3. After Note (2), the following Note shall be inserted, namely :-
"Note (3) :- For serial 9 and 10, In the event of the above mentioned Special Court/s lying vacant or avsence of Presiding Officer then the cases shall be disposed of by the available senior most Additional Sessions Judge of the Sessions Division."
