क्र./1173/1258/सात-1/2024.— छत्तीसगढ़ (अधोसंरचना विकास एवं पर्यावरण) उपकर अधिनियम, 2005 (क्र. 7 सन् 2005) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ (अधोसंरचना विकास एवं पर्यावरण) उपकर नियम, 2005 में निम्नलिखित अग्रतर संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियम में,-
नियम 10-क के उप-नियम (1क) का लोप किया जाए।
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, के.डी.कुंजाम, विशेष सचिव.

NOTIFICATION
No. 1173/1258/7-1/2024 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh (Adhosanrachna Vikas Evam Paryavaran) Upkar Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 7 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh (Adhosanrachna Vikas Evam Paryavaran) Upkar Niyam, 2005, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rule,-
sub-rule (1A) of rule 10-A shall be omitted.
