NOTIFICATION
No. F-4-172/Home-c/2023.— In exercise of the powers conferred under section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act., 1946 (Act 25 of 1946), the State Government of Chhattisgarh gives consent to extension of Powers and jurisdiction to the whole of Chhattisgarh to the members of Delhi Special Police Establishment to investigate and inquire into the offence of Embezzlement of Railway Funds to the turn of more than Rs. 1.78 crore at Wagon Repair Shop (WRS), SEC Railway/Raipur, Chhattisgarh whereas a Case FIR No. 30/2023 U/s 409 IPC has been registered under Police Station, Khamtarai, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, on 10-01-2023 and under provision of Section 3 of Railway Property (Unlawful possession) Act, 1966, Crime No. 01/2023 under 3(a) RP (UP) Act, has been registered at RPF Post, WRS/Raipur on 10-01-2023.
