अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ-4-108/गृह-सी/2017. — यतः, राज्य सरकार को सूचनाएं प्राप्त है कि निम्नलिखित संगठन आग्नेय अस्त्रों, विस्फोटकों एवं अन्य उपकरणों के उपयोग को सक्रिय रूप से प्रोत्साहित करते हुए, विधि प्रशासन में हस्तक्षेप करते हुए एवं विधि द्वारा स्थापित संस्थाओं की अवज्ञा को बढ़ावा देते हुए तथा उनके द्वारा लोक व्यवस्था, शांति में बाधा एवं नागरिकों की सुरक्षा में खतरा उत्पन्न करते हुए, विधि विरूद्ध गतिविधियों में लिप्त है जो कि राज्य की सुरक्षा के प्रतिकूल है;
और यतः, निम्नलिखित संगठन के विधि विरूद्ध गतिविधियां करने के संबंध में, राज्य सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि ऐसे संगठन को विधि विरूद्ध संगठन घोषित करना आवश्यक है;
अतएव, छत्तीसगढ़ विशेष जन सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2005 (क्रमांक 14 सन् 2006) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, निम्नलिखित संगठन को, इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से एक वर्ष की कालावधि के लिये, ''विधि विरूद्ध संगठन'' घोषित करती है, अर्थात् :-
'' जे.जे. एम. पी. (झारखण्ड जन मुक्ति परिषद)''

क्रमांक एफ-4-108/गृह-सी/2017. — भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना समसंख्यक दिनांक 05 दिसम्बर, 2024 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है। Atal Nagar, the 5th December 2024
NOTIFICATION
No. F-4-108/Home-c/2017. - Whereas, the State Government has got reports, that the following organization is indulging into unlawful activites, actively encouraging use of fire arms, explosives and other devices, causing interference with the administration of law and facilitating disobedience to institutions established by law and thereby disturbing public order, peace and endangering safety of citizens, which is prejudicial to the security of the State;
And whereas, having regard to the unlawful activities of the following organization, the State Government, is satisfied that it is necessary to declare such organization as unlawful organization;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Vishesh Jan Suraksha Act, 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), the State Government, hereby, declares that the following organization as "unlawful organization" for a period of one year from the date of publication of this notification, namely :-
"J.J.M.P. (Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parishad)"
