F. No. 4504/4326/XXI-B/C.G./2024.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, in consultation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of High Court Memo No. 19337/III-8-2/2021/Checker Bilaspur, dated 29 Nov, 2024, hereby, makes further amendment in department previous notification No. 1507/D-397/XXI-B/C.G./2005 dated 24-02-20005 & 4905/1240/XXI-B/C.G./21 dated 11-05-2021 namely:-

In Schedule-II of the said notifications;
1. for the entries in serial No. 12 & 14 of the schedule, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
