ORDER

No. 4564/4464/XXI-B/C.G./2024.- On recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 1630/Confdl./2024/II-15-2/2005 (Pt.IV) I-8-6/2001 (Pt.IV), Bilaspur, dated 17th December, 2024, the State Government, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Anup Tigga, II Additional Judge to the Court of I Civil Judge Senior Division, Raipur from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, and appoints him as Deputy Secretary, Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority, Bilaspur, on deputation from the date he assumes charge of his office.
