NOTIFICATION
No. 251(Mis.)/II-15-19/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of the Article 229 of the Constitution of India, Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur, makes the following amendment in "The High Court of Chhattisgarh Technical Manpower (Contract) Service Rules, 2023" :-
AMENDMENT
In rule 4(i) of Part-III 'Appointment on Technical Manpower Posts' of the said rules, after the word 'authority' the phrase 'or by outsourcing of suitable technical person having qualification, experience and fulfilling other conditions prescribed in the rule' be added.
The above amendment shall come into the force with immediate effect.
