F.No.4578/4520/XXI-B/C.G./24.- The State Government on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court and in compliance of Memo No. 1647/II-15-2/2005 (Pt.IV)/II-2-16 (Pt.V)/Confdl./2024, Bilaspur, Dated, the 21th December, 2024, hereby, handovers the services of Shri Alok Kumar (Jr), I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg to the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, Government of Chhattisgarh, Raipur, for his appointment as Registrar, Chhattisgarh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Raipur, from the date he assumes charge of his office.
